This so-called new email that Yahoo has forced us to use is 100% busier to glance at, more awkward to use and altogether off-putting. This is so very frustrating and I consider it a waste of my valuable time and energy. The problem is that now their email sucks , it just is slow and tired.

Usually you will receive a response from Yahoo support in a few minutes via email. You have had so many changes but this last one is terrible. My problem is obviously one that needs tech support. Yea, been trying for weeks now.
